Accounting, Tax and Personnel Administration Division:
Services are provided for accounting, financial reporting and analysis, data mining for “ad hoc” reports, hiring and dismissal of employees, payroll and other correlated services, originated from NR Maranhão Contabilidade Ltda. One U.S. GAAP expert with over 30 years of experience and one IFRS expert have joined the original accounting team.

Information Technology Division:
Integrated systems based on our own ERP – Advance can be implemented, customized solutions when required for specific applications, remotely operated integrated solutions and any other correlated services, originated from ACS – Soluções em TI Ltda. One expert in making interfaces from the local software to Head Office solution or to the Corporate Financial Reporting System has joined the original team.

Consulting Division:
Consulting services to companies to enhance processes of supporting activities of local or multinational organizations, training and implementation of more efficient processes, integration of services which involve more than one of Stratas’ division and other activities focused on integrated solutions. Strata’s expertise is particularly targeted at multinational companies settling down in Brazil or already based here, which are facing difficulties either coping with costs for being in compliance with Brazilian administrative and regulatory procedures or in understanding them.
